Here’s a tasty and healthy little breakfast smoothie I like to blend up when I have mangoes at home. This recipe makes 1 large smoothie, or 2 small smoothies.
Banana Mango Flaxseed Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 ripe mango
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- dash cinnamon
- 2 tbsp orange sorbet
- 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
- (optional: 1/2 cup pineapple juice, or 1/4 cup each chopped pineapple and pineapple juice)
Method:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, serve, and enjoy!
