		<description><![CDATA[I added the nuts to lower the glycemic index and bolster protein content.  I am insulin resistent and have to watch my carbs and sugar content.  Next time I make them, I&#039;m going to try to use less agave than called for.  I think the dates sweetened the bars very nicely.  Thank you for the recipe.  :))]]></description>
